Meet Susan Dykeman, M.Ac., L.Ac.
Susan Dykeman, M.Ac., L.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist and certified Chinese herbalist. She earned her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly Tai Sophia Institute) and completed a rigorous 2-year certification program in Chinese herbal medicine. Susan has additional advanced trainings in Aroma Point therapy (essential oils), electroacupuncture, motor point acupuncture, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture.
Susan has a strong academic background. She graduated cum laude from both the Sidwell Friends School and Yale University. She is a former teacher, has 15 years of experience tutoring teens for standardized testing, and relentlessly pursues continuing education opportunities to enhance her clinical skills in acupuncture and natural medicine.
